Hier findest du den Hintergrund, weshalb wir immer auf eine Anmeldung bestehen müssen:

Die Events haben unterschiedliche Preise, abhängig von:

Anmeldezeitpunkt
Rolle (Follower/Leader) (unter Umständen Warteliste)
Ermäßigungen (Student)
Buchungsgegenstand (Tickettyp)

-> Somit wäre eine Ticketabwicklung für die Helfer an der Kasse kaum leistbar und der Einlass würde unnötig verzögert.

Wir wollen auf Balance achten und müssen u.U. Follower oder Leader sperren / auf Warteliste setzen. Eine klare und belastbare Rückmeldung können wir dir ausschließlich via Anmeldeprozess geben.
GEMA ist u.U. personenabhängig und kann nur bei korrekter Übersicht richtig erfasst werden.
Steuerrechtliche Themen und Nachhaltung der Informationen (Finanzamt).
Besondere Vorkehrungen rechtlicher Natur aufgrund
- rechtlicher Brandschutz-Limitierungen
- Versicherungsklauseln
- Hausregeln in den Eventlocations
- Vertragliche Zusicherungen mit Artists / Lehrern / Deejays.
Prozessuale Sicht: Einlass
- Wir würden euch liebend gerne alle persönlich an der Tür begrüßen, als organisator hat man zum Eventstart aber alle Hände voll zu tun und es ist teils knifflig, nicht angespannt zu wirken. Den Einlass schaffen wir somit nicht persönlich.
- Dazu kommen wundervolle Helfer ins Spiel, die allerhand Fragen beantworten, Sonderfälle abwickeln, u.U. das Geld abkassieren, Bändchen verteilen, die digitalen Listen pflegen (und diese auch prozessual weiterentwickeln).
- Um den Helfern eine Chance zu geben, schnell alle Informationen zu überblicken und auf die simple Formel: "Name = Preis" herunterzubrechen, benötigt es eure Hilfe: eure Registrierung.

Wir Hoffen diese Informationen werben wir bei euch um Verständnis. Als Organisator steht man gefühlt auch so immer mit einem Bein im Gefängnis und muss viele Bälle in der Luft halten. -> This would make ticket processing difficult for the helpers at the checkout and entry would be unnecessarily delayed.

We want to pay attention to balance and may have to block followers or leaders / put them on a waiting list. We can only give you clear and reliable feedback via the registration process.
GEMA may depend on the person and can only be recorded correctly if the overview is correct.

Process view: entry
- We would love to greet you all personally at the door, but as an organizer you have your hands full at the start of the event and it can be tricky not to appear tense. We therefore cannot manage entry in person.
- In addition, wonderful helpers come into play who answer all sorts of questions, handle special cases, possibly collect the money, distribute wristbands, maintain the digital lists (and also develop them further in terms of processes).
- In order to give the helpers a chance to quickly overview all the information and break it down to the simple formula: "Name = Price", we need your help: your registration.
